Just up the road to where my sister was standing is the Council House. Behind it you can see the spire of our old cathedral.

The Whittle arches across Millennium Place.

And those arches again viewed from the new spiral bridge.

Our Precinct still gives us a view of the old spire.


And the Lower Precinct now looks very nice with the new glass roof.
